We stayed on the Executive floor in 2 rooms - a corner king and deluxe twin. The corner king was larger with a larger sitting area with a couch and side chair. The deluxe twin had a small couch. We had the breakfast buffet each morning on the executive floor which was good with both Japanese and western dishes. Both rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean with well stocked amenities. Rooms had Nespresso machines, teas and drinks and we could go to Executive lunge for snacks, tea, happy hour. It was nice to be able to watch the sunset at the end of a day of visiting Tokyo with a glass of wine. The staff was very helpful in making reservations for us and helping us to pack and ship two boxes back to the states. The Shibuya area can be a bit crazy in the busy parts but this hotel is a bit off to the side which is really nice, but still very close to the Shibuya station for super easy transportation options around Tokyo. This was our second stay here and we would definitely plan to stay here again for future stays in Tokyo.

We enjoyed the size of the room !! It was spacioys an comfortable for travellers rsp like us who had 5 pcs of large sized luggage The bed and pillows were nice and comfortable!! We enjoyed very much the full breakfast spread & the daily English newspaper !! Loved their coffee, fruits, fresh orange juice, croissants, danone yoghurt, mixed japanese rice, miso soup etc etc The service personnel in their different restaurants where we had breakfasts were very polite, attentive and efficient ! We also enjoyed our Bento box in the Japanese restaurant and the Sichuan Food in the other hotel resto! Will try their bar the next time we visit! The concierge gave us very helpful details on how to use the train and subways to reach our diff destinations. I like also that there is playroom for toddlers and a dental clinic in the propery !

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel—wow! The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, and the view from the 40th floor is simply breathtaking. The location is unbeatable, making it the perfect base for exploring Tokyo. The service was impeccable from start to finish, whether it was breakfast, concierge assistance, or getting a taxi. However, I especially want to recognize Kawasaki at the Cerulean Lounge—she is truly outstanding. Her kindness, attentiveness, and unwavering smile made my stay unforgettable. No request was ever too much for her, and she went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. If I ever visit Tokyo again, this will undoubtedly be my hotel of choice. Thank you for an incredible experience!

The location was PERFECTION—super close to Shibuya station and honestly all the attractions you could want, as well as easy transportation to anywhere in Tokyo. The hotel itself was beautiful and felt luxurious without being over the top. The breakfast was great and the amenities in room were beyond what we needed. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tokyo.

The highlight of our stay was the rooftop bar - the perfect place for a panoramic sunset over the city, great cocktails and exceptional service. Also, the room was more spacious than I expected, with a walk in robe and extra large en-suite with city views. Being so close to Shibuya Stream was also a plus.
